Early in her career, Hui Min was exposed to banking litigation and debt recovery process, where she obtained the essential knowledge in banking and civil procedure. Thriving to expand her skills, she later joined a smallsized firm handling running down cases before expanding further into general litigation. Hui Min has handson experience in bankruptcy law, winding-up proceedings, mutual divorce proceedings, estate administration, criminal defence and appeal matters. Hui Min also advises clients in insolvency and receivership matters and has experience in various aspects of banking litigation including foreclosure and
civil recovery. Throughout her career, Hui Min has appeared before every level of Court, from the lower Court right to the apex Court of Malaysia, the Federal Court. She has also appeared in the Industrial Court handling cases on wrongful termination.

Hui Min is skilled in drafting a diverse range of legal documents, including cause papers, and adept at representing clients in courts across Malaysia. She was familiar with the rules which may including High Court rules, Court of Appeal rules etc. Hui Min’s area of practice experiences in the legal career including practice areas of contract law, company law, land law, banking law, family law, criminal law, labour law etc. Additionally, Hui Min also handles corporate matters in drafting several corporate agreements for the companies and conveyancing matters including sub-sale, tenancy agreement and banking and finance,
shareholder agreement, joint venture agreement, share sale agreement and etc.

Her proficiency extends to disputed probate and administration cases, showcasing her nuanced understanding of complex legal intricacies. Beyond the courtroom, Hui Min is actively involved in community initiatives and pro bono work. She strongly believes in giving back to the community and often contributes to the betterment of society.

Other than being a lawyer, Hui Min also holding a secretary certificate issued by Companies Commission Malaysia permitted under the Bar Council Malaysia to act as company secretary for company where she is not only serves as company secretary for various company but by acting as their company secretary, Hui Min also acts as their legal advisor which may save costs for the company in appointing another legal advisor for the company.
